The Film

Six women – one diagnosis. HIV positive yet healthy.

What exactly is HIV? What constitutes AIDS?

Why have predictions about an impending epidemic in Western countries not come to pass?

Why is particularly Africa affected?

How can it be that a sexually transmitted disease allegedly affects 90% of the gay community yet spares heterosexuals in comparison?

How come there are HIV positive people, who are still healthy even decades after their diagnosis?

This film is dedicated to the pending questions surrounding HIV. It shows how six very different women cope with this devastating diagnosis and how this dogma affects their daily lives.

Do we have to accept death, just because a doctor tells us we are going to die?
